KAI reads documents you provide and returns the values it finds, together with the page each value came from and the words it was read from. It is a tool for producing a first pass quickly with its working shown.

KAI does not guarantee that any extracted value is correct. It reports what it reads. It does not check arithmetic, does not verify that a VAT figure is 16% of a subtotal, and does not confirm that a document is genuine.

What it does undertake is to make every value checkable: each one keeps its page and its verbatim quotation, and where the quotation does not support the value KAI marks it rather than quietly correcting it. You are responsible for checking figures before relying on them, and particularly before filing or paying anything on the strength of them.

You keep all rights in the documents you upload and in what is extracted from them. You grant Denovo Systems only the permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the service. What that processing involves is set out in the privacy page.

You must have the right to upload what you upload, and must not use KAI for anything unlawful.

Extraction is metered in credits, and a credit is a page. You are charged only when an extraction succeeds: a document turned away by the quality check, a run that fails, and a run you cancel all cost nothing.

A page is priced the same whether it holds one receipt or twelve. Prices and credit rates may change; any change applies to work done after it takes effect, never retrospectively.

The demo is provided free and without an account, and is limited: one document at a time, 3 runs a day from one connection, and no export. Documents uploaded to it and everything read from them are deleted within 2 hours.

Do not upload anything to the demo that you cannot afford to have deleted, and do not treat it as storage. It may be withdrawn, limited or changed at any time.

You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for what they do in it. Roles — viewer, editor, admin and owner — determine what each member can do; an owner can remove members and delete the workspace.

Deleting a workspace destroys its documents and closes access for everyone in it. That cannot be undone.

KAI depends on services we do not operate, including our hosting provider and the AI provider that reads documents. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where an extraction fails, no credit is charged for it.

You may stop using KAI and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend access where the service is being used unlawfully or in a way that degrades it for others.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
